Features

Every channel, one console

These are the console's own sidebar groups, in the same order: how you are performing, questions in plain words, the data behind it, and who sees what.

Performance

See every channel side by side

Dashboards built for each kind of reader — the manager who wants posts, the CMO who wants a trend, the founder who wants two minutes.

Overview

Followers, reach, engagement, website users, sessions and key events, each with its change against the previous period.

Channels and content

A page per platform with its trend, and every post from every channel in one table you can sort by any metric.

Executive view

One page for the board: headline numbers, channel comparison and what changed — exportable as a PDF.

Ask

Ask in plain words

Type the question the way you would ask a colleague. The answer comes from your stored data, shows how it got the number, and says so when it cannot answer.

Questions, answered from your data

"Which LinkedIn posts drove the most clicks last quarter?" gets a number and the working behind it — not a guess.

Changes worth knowing about

A nightly check flags when a metric moves further than its normal range, and explains it in a sentence.

One definition per metric

Every metric carries a one-line explanation of what it means on each platform, so a number is never ambiguous.

Data

Connected once, kept current

Connect each Page and property once. Syncs run on a schedule, and history is stored — dashboards read what was stored, never the platform live.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, GA4

Pages, Instagram business accounts, LinkedIn company pages and GA4 properties, with as much history as each platform allows on first connect.

Syncs on a schedule

Every 6 hours by default, adjustable from 1 to 24. Managers can press Sync now when they need it sooner.

Honest when a connection breaks

An expired login says so in words and offers Reconnect. Every sync is logged, so "why is this number old?" has an answer.

Organisation

Built for teams and agencies

One login for an agency, every client kept apart. Roles decide who can connect, who can sync and who can only look.

Accounts for every brand or client

An agency keeps each client as its own account, and can give a client’s team a login that sees only theirs.

Admin, manager, viewer

Admins run the organisation and its connections, managers can sync, viewers can read. Enforced on the server, not just hidden in a menu.

Your data stays yours

Every row belongs to one organisation, and no organisation can read another’s. Platform logins are stored encrypted.

Not yet

What InsightUno does not do today

Named so nobody signs up expecting them.

  • No ad spend or ROI

Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads are not connected yet, so there is no spend, CPC or return on it.

  • No CRM

HubSpot and Salesforce are not connected. "Leads" means the key events your GA4 property records.

  • Four channels only

No YouTube, Search Console, X or TikTok yet. Four done properly first.

See your own channels in one place

Tell us which channels you report on and we will set your organisation up with you — half an hour, on a call.
